2018年拍的，主持人是内分泌系统研究领域的专家，从头到尾介绍了荷尔蒙被发现的历史和其中一些里程碑式的发现，至今甚至发现荷尔蒙不仅由腺体分泌，而且连细胞自身也会产生荷尔蒙，比如产生自脂肪细胞的影响人胃口的“瘦素”。从过去认为脑垂体是调节人体荷尔蒙平衡的“恒温调节器”，到现在发现不是大脑在控制荷尔蒙，而是荷尔蒙在控制大脑?。（之前在《我包罗万象》也读到其实肠道菌群也能控制大脑）很有意思。
